Very Good
Well known hotel so easy to get transportation to and from. Good range of food. Good facilities. Exchange rate is decent.
Excursion and taxi price can be higher when booking directly with hotel. SIM card bought from on site shop is pricey. Their bureau de change isn't open continuously.

the menu is amazing and we have a different choice list the food is yummy ,the view is amazing especially at night , the fact that they have traditional corner like machmoum and the phography gallery is great
the sweet in dinner could be better the covered swimming pool is not connected to a close area and during winter time that s not confortable

Need to Improve
The quality and variety of food items were superb, nice swimming pool.
Just to keep in mind rooms are without mini fridge, no tissue papers, no toiletries such as soap, shampoo, etc. and no complimentary water bottle, coffee/tea although you can grab some water from restaurant below.
